Single Moms, When Should You Introduce Your New Man To The Kids?
Many single moms worry about dating because they are not sure when to introduce their new man to the kids. All relationships are great at the beginning but what happens when the relationship ends and another one begins? This can be confusing to children. You don’t want to create a turn-style of men coming in and out of their lives. It’s not necessary to introduce your kids to every guy who takes you out to dinner. Wait until you’re secure in the relationship before your kids are calling him “Mommy’s boyfriend.”

As a single mother with two kids, and dating a great man it took awhile for me to introduce him to my kids. I made sure I had a sitter when we would go out and let him know ahead of time, there will not be any sleep-overs at my house. If we were gonna get busy it would be at his place and I would make sure I had a sitter who could stay overnight with my kids. Eventually we ended up moving in together, and have no regrets about my decision.
