Blacks Girl Rock is BET’s way of putting black women first and on front street for a change!  The first televised “Black Girls Rock” ceremony aired last year on the network with the beautiful(now pregnant) Nia Long as host.

Tracee Ellis Ross and Regina King hosted this year’s event at The Paradise Theater in NYC.  Honorees included Angela Davis, Taraji P. Henson, Tatyana Ali and more.
