Kim Kardashian showed her Snapchat viewers a video of Kanye West being filmed having a phone conversation with Taylor Swift on speaker phone. The music giants were having a deep discussion regarding the lyrics of “Famous.” You know, the line:
“I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex
Why? I made that bitch famous.” ~ Famous, Kanye West
On the video viewers hear Kanye West saying the lyrics to her and Taylor Swift okay’ing Kanye West saying these lyrics. and giving him full autonomy to choose between two different lines. Kanye tells her, “I think this is a really cool thing to have.” Taylor says, “I know it’s like a compliment!” Kanye follows up and states, “All I give a f*ck about is you as a person and as a friend,” to which Taylor interjects and states, “Obviously.”
She then says: “Go with whatever line you feel is better,” then tells him how much she appreciates him telling her about it.
Kanye, smiles and states, “I really have a responsibility to you as a friend. Thanks for being so cool about it.”
I love that Kim shared this part of her husband … and ethered the “Shake It Off” singer in the process. Taylor has told the media she didn’t know about the songs and was not in agreement with him.
Yet she continues to praise Kanye, gushing about the flowers she received from him and how the photo is the most-liked Instagram photo of her ever.

Kanye states that the “personal relationship is more important than the punch line.”
Kim play the video on her snap, showing a very different story than what Taylor has been telling the media.
Kanye is filmed saying, “I wanna do things that make people feel good. I don’t want rap that makes people feel bad.”
Taylor also comes to a slight revelation in the conversation, stating:
“You honestly didn’t know who I was before that. It doesn’t matter that I pulled 7 million on that album, which is what happened, you didn’t know who I was before that! Which is fine.”
Kim, who isn’t really known for popping off in public, tweeted:
Well then.
Taylor is also recorded thanking Kanye and saying, “I really respect you calling me and telling me that as a friend about the song. It’s a really cool thing to do and a really good show of friendship … and if people call and ask me about it, I think it will be really cool to say you called me about it.”
None of which she did. Taylor consistently told the media the exact opposite; that she didn’t know about the lyrics, and even shading The Life of Pablo star during her Grammy’s acceptance speech.
