Praise Report: Viral Parents Arkell & Dana Graves Celebrate Their Son’s Heart Repair

Arkell Graves and his wife Dana Griffin-Graves are celebrating their son’s successful heart surgery.

The parents, who rose to viral video fame after footage emerged of Arkell celebrating their pregnancy, announced via Facebook:

“We appreciate all of the many messages seeking updates and offering prayers for our miracle. After having heart surgery on Friday, Kaleb was extubated on Sunday. He is progressing well.”

Kaleb, who was born prematurely at 24 weeks, underwent surgery to fix the hole in his heart.

“He is on a non-invasive ventilator. We pray that his recent procedure will assist him in being off a ventilator completely. We know God is still working and we will not lose our faith, hope and joy in everything that we are experiencing,” she continued, adding, “We appreciate all of your love and support. God knew what we needed and He sent you all.”
