One of everyone’s favorite television uncle’s, “Uncle Jesse,” real name John Stamos, was arrested Friday night in Beverly Hills. Stamos, who is the executive producer of Fuller House, the soon to be Netflix show that is based on the 90’s sitcom, was handcuffed at the scene, and then taken to hospital. He has been released since the Friday night event and sent out the following tweet:
The news surprised everyone not used to seeing the 51-year-old actor get in any sort of trouble. But reports have come out that the police department received several calls about the possibility of a drunk driver on the read where Stamos was said to be located.
We hope this is the last time Uncle Jesse will find himself in this sort of predicament. I think we can all agree that the best thing to do is when is doubt, call a cab!
Stamos will appear in court in September.
