Ciara is looking more chic than ever post-baby. The new mom arrived to NBC’s ‘New York Live’ wearing a Valentino two-tone wool and silk-blend crepe mini dress. She paired it with a black handbag, strappy stiletto sandals and pearl earrings. Ciara finished her look with haute red lipstick and dark loose waves.
