This Valentine’s Day, love was in the air in more ways than one for Melissa Harris-Perry and her husband of four years.
According to reports, the MSNBC host and hubby James Perry adopted a beautiful baby girl who was born on the love holiday. Melissa announced the good news and shared photo of her new bundle of joy with her 260,000 Twitter followers.

“Best Valentine Ever! @JamesHPerry and I welcomed our daughter yesterday! #TinyNerdinNerdland,” she wrote.

This is the second child for the happy couple, who have been married since 2010. They also co-part Melissa’s daughter Parker from a previous relationship.
