Our favorite Awkward Black Girl is going to have us laughing on network TV! The creator of the popular web series, “The Misadventures of Awkward Black Girl,” has been tapped by Shondra Rhimes (creator of Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice) to create a a 30-minute sitcom called, “I Hate LA Dudes.”

According to Deadline:

“…the comedy will center on “an aspiring journalist, new to Los Angeles, who becomes the lone female voice on a budding, male-driven internet talk show, while learning to decode the often humiliating and exasperating rules of the LA dating scene.”

We are totally psyched to hear this news! Congrats Issa!
