First Lady Michelle Obama To Deliver HBCU Graduation Speech
First Lady Michelle Obama will deliver the commencement address at North Carolina A&T on May 12.
White House officials announced Wednesday in a news release that the First Lady would be speaking to the graduating classes of three universities across the country this year and N.C. A&T was selected as one of them.
