Academy Award winning actress Monique, is staying fit and slimmer by exercising! The “Precious” star posted photos of her in the gym to her Twitter account with positive messages, such as “I am having an incredible day saving my own life!”

Monique’s show on BET was canceled last July but she is still in good spirits as she trims down to her desired weight!
