In today’s installment of “The Bitter & The Sweet,” Kandi is hanging with singer El DeBarge and the two are discussing his comeback album “Second Chance.” El has been absent from the music scene since his 1994 album ‘Heart, Mind and Soul’, and tells Kandi he didn’t know if his fans would give him a “second chance’.
