Willow Smith’s brand new video for “Whip My Hair” is here.

The fun Ray Kay-directed video follows Willow as she instructs a class (full of bland students dressed all in white) on how to whip their hair. When she does so, paint spews from her braids and decorates the room.

She and a bunch of guest stars ranging in age from 1 to 85,  whip their hair back and forth for the cameras.

On the meaning of the song, Willow had this to say:

“You can’t be afraid to be yourself. You have to be yourself and you can’t let anyone tell you that it’s wrong.”
