No hip or butt pads or spanx, just good old fashion honesty.  Beyonce recently spoke to Cosmopolitan magazine and spilled the beans about her diet secrets.

Beyone said,  “I go through phases. Right now I’m eating veg and drinking water. I have bran cereal in the morning, a salad for lunch and maybe fish for dinner. It’s boring.”

“If I snack, it’ll be fruit. Or I have these yogurt-covered almonds. But this is when I’m being good.

When I’m being bad… I’m bad,” adds Beyonce.

“All the way. Burgers, pizzas, french fries, the lot…”

I love a girl that loves her food.
