Halle & Gabriel's Custody Battle Heats Up!

FROM RADAR ONLINE: The custody battle between Halle Berry and her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is heating up.

Halle is scheduled to spend three months shooting a movie in South Africa and that triggered Gabriel to consider his legal options to fight for permanent custody of their daughter Nahla.

As we reported earlier (UPDATE: Halle Kicked Gabriel Out “Months Ago”), the parents were remaining amicable since the split and had hashed out a property and custody agreement with Gabriel taking ownership of their house in Canada and sharing custody of their daughter 50/50.

However, Gabriel is refusing to spend three summer months away from his daughter while Halle films. He has requested that he be allowed to keep her with him in Los Angeles but Halle has not obliged, so the “two have reached a total stalemate, with both of them looking into entering a legal battle,” a source said.
