Fashion Week brings out the crazyclothes in a lot of celebs. And when crazyclothes wearing is afoot, you know the Queen B herself is first on line for a drink of the wacky water. Here she is in some kind of get-up at a Fashion Week party last night. The dress under that coat is very reminiscent of Adrienne Bailon’s “slutty ostrich” dress.
