UPDATE: We told you over the weekend about Usher being spotted out with another woman, well MediaTakeOut.com has found out who the mystery woman is.
The woman who was seen going to a hotel late at night with the singer is a DEF JAM exec named Grace.
Usher’s folks tried to do damage control by saying Grace was his product manager, but check this… Usher is actually signed to LaFace/ARISTA records and not Def Jam.

And the story gets even more interesting, Grace is actually 42 years old – almost 5 years OLDER than Tameka Foster. Looks like Usher really has a thing for cougars!!!
Word on the street is that Usher may be announcing a split in a few days.
We haven’t seen Usher and Tameka together in months. We recently told you that the couple have not been seen together in in public since her mid-February hospitalization in Brazil for plastic surgery complications.

According to radaronline.com, the singer has been seen out and about with a mystery woman in Malibu and was also spotted making their way into an L.A.-area hotel.
Usher and Tameka have two sons together. They were wed on August 3, 2007 in a private ceremony in Atlanta after calling off their July 2007 nuptials due to an illness.
