Aretha Franklin Celebrates 70th Birthday With Bash!
Aretha Franklin celebrated her 70th birthday yesterday in style at the Helmsley Park Lane Hotel in NYC. With celebrities such as Al Sharpton, Debra Lee, Clive Davis and Diane Sawyer the powerhouse songstress ate cake and danced. Aretha was also celebrating a new record deal:“I have re-signed with Clive Davis, so I’m recording with Clive again. She added, “We’re going to sit together and decide what it is we’re going to record.”
