Monica went in front of the lens in Los Angeles this week to shoot the video for “Everything to Me,” the first single from her March 23rd album Still Standing. Dressed in a gown and blouse by the late Alexander McQueen, the star steals the show in the drama-filled clip directed by Benny Boom. Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco plays the R&B singer’s love interest.
In the wake of the famed designer’s death on February 11, Monica offered condolence for his family in an accompanying message on her Twitter. “All my live to Alexander McQueen and family. Everything to Me Video feat me in his clothing,” she stated.
“Everything to Me” is co-written by Jazmine Sullivan.
