We recently told you there was a possibility that Erykah Badu could face charges because of her taking it all off in public for her new video “Window Seat”. Well we’ve just learned that Badu will be charged with disorderly conduct for getting naked at the site where JFK was assassinated.
According to the huffingtonpost.com, Dallas Police Department has charged Erykah Badu with disorderly conduct for removing her clothes in public during her “Window Seat” music video shoot, making good on the investigation that was still in progress as of this morning. The singer is now subject to a fine of up to $500.
Badu can either fight the charge or pay the fine.
