  • 3 Hothouse cucumbers, peeled
  • 1 small red onion, peeled, julienned
  • 3 table spoon Marukan Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch red chilil flakes
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 to 4 leaves fresh cilantro
