Christina Milian: “I’m Staying Single, I’m Protecting My Daughter”

Christina Milian is single, loving it, and has no plans to begin dating. She told People at Tao Las Vegas’s 5-year anniversary party,

“I’m staying single for a long time. There is no man in my life and I’m staying single. No dating, no nothing. I love being single.”

“I jump from relationship to relationship usually and this is the first time I’m comfortable with myself. I’m learning about myself all over again. And as far as my daughter, I will never bring anyone into her life that I don’t have a real connection with. I’m going to protect her. I don’t just bring anyone into my life or her life.”

(Christina dated Nick Cannon from 2003 to 2005, Dre – from production company Cool & Dre – from 2006 to 2009, and married The-Dream in late 2009.)

Of her 8-month-old daughter, Violet Madison Nash, Christina says she is “the biggest blessing of my life.”

“I feel life has a meaning. Everything I do is for her now. I dedicate my life to her now. I spend every moment just thinking about whatever I pursue is going to be a part of her future. I want the best life for her… She’s the happiest, most beautiful baby.”
