UPDATE: I got excited a few weeks ago when I heard my favorite couple was spotted together celebrating Nas’ birthday, but today that bubble has been popped. tmz.com is reporting that Kelis is moving forward with the divorce and the November 20 hearing is still on.

Our favorite estranged hip-hop couple was spotted hanging out with Russell Simmons at a gala for Hair Rules salon in New York last night. The couple was recently seen together celebrating Nas’ birthday.
