R&B star Brandy is widely known for starting hair trends whether it be with long braids or wigs. This weekend she got in on the short hair trend, by debuting her own look. Brandi just released a pic of her new ‘do and it has us all wondering whether or not its just a Ciara redux. Is this just a short wig Brandy?
