Crystle Stewart Used Tyler Perry's Black Card To Buy A Rolex

Actress Crystle Stewart is a woman after our own heart. The Houston native appeared on Kelly Clarkson’s self-titled show to discuss her Netflix series, Beauty in Black, and other recent developments. While there, she opened up about a time when Tyler Perry came to her rescue with his kind heart and wealth.

Many women (and men) dream of a moment when a rich man swoops in to save the day by offering his unlimited credit card. Crystle Stewart has lived that moment. When Clarkson asked how she could get invited on an extravagant trip to Italy with Perry and his elite crew, the Beauty in Black thespian was prompted to disclose her experience on the expedition. The former beauty pageant queen sets the scene by sharing that it was only a short trip, and her luggage did not arrive with her. “I’m there for a week, and I have nothing, zero. At some point, I was just exhausted. I’m in the car, and I just start crying,” she reveals. When she finally reached her destination, Stewart stated that Perry approached her empathetically, saying, “Crystle, don’t worry about it. I know you had a hard time getting here. Here’s my Black card.”

The crowd gasped, and even Clarkson quickly went into sister-girl mode, singing a short rendition of “Whatta Man” by Salt-n-Pepa. Stewart continued the story by divulging that instead of buying the things one may need if they don’t have their luggage while in Italy, she went straight to the Rolex store and purchased a watch. “Kelly girl, I went to the Rolex store. I had Tyler Perry’s Black card,” she emphasized by slapping her knees. Then she asked the crowd, “Where would you go?”

Most of Clarkson and Stewart’s followers were in favor of Stewart buying a luxurious watch. One follower commented that it was a vital purchase for the entertainer to be on time. “I mean, a Rolex is an essential! He didn’t want you to be late anywhere, did he?! 😂😂.”” Another follower chimed in and commented, “So hilarious! You deserve that Rolex, sis!!”

Stewart definitely deserves a Rolex and then some because the baby girl is doing her thing on Beauty in Black. We love to see cute and uplifting stories like this one and wish Stewart much success and an array of Rollies!
