In a confusing turn of events, Real Housewives Of Atlanta estranged husband Apollo Nida reportedly just responded to his wife Phaedra Park’s divorce petition.
But didn’t Miss Southern Hospitality herself say their divorce was finalized already?
According to TMZ, Apollo just filed divorce docs from prison, requesting legal custody of their 2 kids (despite his 8 year prison sentence) and an equal split of assets.
Maybe he was propelled into action due to his recent proposal:
