Wiz Khalifa celebrated his 29th birthday this week close to home, with his son Sebastian and ex-wife, Amber Rose. But on an occasion that was suppose to be loving and intimate, things went south.
The family of three woke up Thursday morning, sharing time with each other in bed, on Instagram and Snapchat.
“Twenty nine years and this is the only guy I want to spend my birthday with,” the rapper said about his 3-year-old. “I’ve eliminated all the noise from my head and removed myself from all the crowds I know I don’t belong to and it’s brought me closer to the thing I love most. My family. The most important thing to me is raising and nurturing my tribe so I’ll be spending my birthday at home doing just that. What god truly put me here to do. Peace and love.”
But the next day, he responded to a comment Rose made on her one-hour “Loveline” sex podcast. On the show, she revealed to co-host and sexpert Dr. Chris Donaghue that she recently had her first threesome and it was horrible.
“We kind of just got together, and it was cool, but it was a guy and a girl, and it was f–king horrible,” she revealed. “I literally, I’m having sleepless nights… I feel like I’m a very passionate lover, and I like that one-on-one passion. And so with the threesome, I kind of felt like there was no passion. There was no like, kissing and rolling around and you know, all those moments that I enjoy. It just wasn’t there.”
Rose went on to say she would, “just call my baby daddy over tonight, get a little something,” as a joke about rebounding from the failed encounter.
Unfortunately, Wiz was not laughing.
“Not here for your rebound after your threesome. Only peace and love @DaRealAmberRose,” Khalifa tweeted. “If I were to say ‘I f**ked two b**ches last week and it was wack. I think Ima just call my baby’s mom’ Would you feel flattered?”
In response she said, “I’m getting publicly Slut shamed…Again. For the same things he does all the time…..Great,” she wrote. “#GimmieMyWatchBack Lol #PettyAF still (heart emoji) u tho.”
Feeling remorseful about the spat, Wiz made final statements.
“Honestly this whole thing has me bummed out,” he said. “I just wanted to spend time wit my family on my birthday like anyone normal. You guys seen us on snap prior to me seeing the headlines and even me voicing my opinion doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world. It’s just me stating that I don’t want to be a part of the joke. Sorry if any women were offended.”
Moral of the story: Stay off Twitter when a rush of emotion hits you.
