Actor and director Tyler Perry rose to fame by creating films for us and by us. So, his fans were less than thrilled to see the Madea star cast mostly White people in his new project.

Tyler, 46, spoke out about the criticism when TMZ caught up with him: “People are people, man. People need to let all that go.”
