Vicky Jeudy stopped by HB Studios to talk about her hit show, Orange Is the New Black, her favorite workouts, her nickname for God, and more! Get ready for some spoiler alerts and hit the link above!

The New York City native stepped into HB Studios looking effortlessly perfect. With her hair pulled back in a low bun, she excitedly revealed, “I’m taking a boxing class after this,” before smiling and inviting both Keyaira and myself to a class in the near future. Her style was a mix of both fashion and comfort, allowing her to move easily yet fashionably through her hectic lifestyle and love for fitness.

She paired an off-the-shoulder Zara top with distressed denim jeans. She accessorized her look with Stuart Weitzman wedges (ladies: wedges scream summer!) and a Popz Topz hat.

“It’s so stylish!” I commented. She looked up and smiled, saying, “I love how it bridges a sense of classic style with the modern day.” I agreed as she revealed to me that the hat was made by John Legend‘s father, who she affectionately called Pop Legend.

Yes to supporting Black-owned businesses, Vicky.

She choose delicate jewelry, wearing a drop necklace and a bracelet that states, “Enjoy the journey.” I commented on how much I love the message. Vicky touched her bracelet affectionately and told me it was a gift from an 87-year-old Haitian woman. I love that she wears her roots (Vicky is of Haitian descent) as well.

Eye-catching eyelets, floral patterns, and distressed denim created an outfit that’s perfect whether you’re in the streets of NYC or relaxing in the Hamptons!
