50 Cent is apologizing to 19-year-old Andrew Farrell and his family after mocking the autistic teen on social media. The video, which has since been deleted, shows 50 recording Farrell at the airport and claiming he was “high on drugs.” Farrell also wears a hearing aid and suffers from social anxiety.
“What kind of sh*t you think he took before he got to work today? He high as a motherf*cker right here in the airport,” 50 says in the hard to watch clip.
After finding out about Farrell’s condition, 50 donated $100,000 to Autism Speaks, TMZ reports. 50 also called on his rich friends to do the same.
“I am calling on my fellow musicians, actors, entertainers and all others who may not have fully considered this cause to join together to help in any way they can,” he said.
