Andra Day To Appear On 40 Million Coca-Cola Cups Nationwide

Andra Day, the powerful vocalist behind the song “Rise Up,” (which is like the unofficial Black girl anthem), will now be featured on 40 million Coca-Cola cups, ABC reports.
The promotions a part of Coke’s “Share A Cup and a Song,” campaign. The lyrics of her hit song will appear on the cups.
“I really hope this gives people a simple reminder to persevere,” Day said. “That’s what the song is all about. That’s why I like this Coke campaign, because it makes you inspire community. I hope people are able to see the encouraging stories through this.”
Purchasers of the cup will also receive access to a documentary based off of the singer’s song.
What a great way to inspire people of a mass level!
