During this year’s Black Girls Rock!, Erykah Badu, Cicely Tyson, Jada Pinkett-Smith and Ava Duvernay were among a handful of trailblazers who were honored at the star-studded ceremony.
#TeamBeautiful not only attended the awe-inspiring event but we caught up with our favorite starlets on the white carpet. We couldn’t help but to notice how gorgeous each celebrity was on the carpet so we had to ask–what’s your favorite beauty secret that you learned from your mother.
