With “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” inching closer towards their season finale, VH1 dropped the trailer for “Love & Hip Hop NY.” You remember that cast right? Amina Buddafly, Peter Gunz, Erica Mena, Yandy Smith Mendeecees and them? With no signs of Joe Budden and Tahiry, and a glimpse at what seems like a new couple, we’re like eh.

The short clip gives us a sneak peek at what is to come from season five. Apparently Peter Gunz is still trying to make up with the mother of his two children, Tara Wallace, after cheating on her and marrying his side chick Amina, but it doesn’t look like Tara is here for it. The scene ends with Amina asking, “What’s going on here?” Good question.

From there, we’re thrown into footage of a cat fight between Erica Mena and some unknown that looks like it ended with hair tumbling across the floor like tumbleweed.

After a few seconds, we catch up with Yandy Smith, who is embracing her future hubby Mendeecees after he was released from jail. A later scene in the trailer, shows Yandy presenting Mendeecees a pregnancy test in a eyeglass case that appears to be “negative.” They eventually wine up at a wedding chapel where she tells Mendeecees, “I’m so sorry.” Hmm…wonder what that’s about…

Within the 30 second clip Mena strikes someone for the second time. Her second victim is her girlfriend Cyn, who told the vixen in the previous scene during an argument, “This ain’t riding for me.”

Did Cyn actually think her relationship with Erica Mena was real? Let’s ask Erica’s fiance Bow Wow:

As much as we love “Love & Hip Hop,” the New York season doesn’t ever live up to “LHHATL.” And frankly, we’re tired of watching Erica Mena fight all the damn time. But, don’t take our word for it, hit the play button, below:
