Nick Cannon Calls Amber Rose An ‘Icon’
Now that Nick Cannon is officially managing Amber Rose’s career, the “America’s Got Talent” host is singing Amber’s praises. In a recent interview with Us Weekly, Nick talked about Amber’s brand and how excited he is about it. “We’re super excited about her brand,” he said to Us Weekly. “I feel like she’s one of those people who are truly an icon when it comes to fashion, style, and even just someone in pop culture. I want to help her develop a lot of things and the first thing we are starting with is a book. We just did a huge book deal that we are really excited about.”
She praised her work ethic, her intelligence and skills as a businesswoman. “We kind of came up with a lot of the concepts together, but it’s going to be something where I think it’s going to shock a lot of people,” he said. “I think it’s going to be really good for her brand and launch. My plan is to [begin with] the book then television, and so many other things. You’ll see, it will be out soon!”
We have to admit that the news of him managing Ms. Rose surprised us, but this may work well. And, considering the two may want to stay busy to keep from thinking about their personal woes — Nick and Amber are both going through breakups — this could be a great working relationship for both.
