VH1 has finally given T.I. and Tiny fans the spin-off they’ve been waiting for!
Some of the most hilarious moments on “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle” have been between Tiny and Shekinah. Now the network will capitalize on that magic later this year. The network has just announced that it ordered a spin-off starring Tiny and Shekinah!
Tiny’s spoken about the show briefly before, and back in April she told MadameNoire.com that the series would be something along the lines of “The Simple LIfe.” Ideally they would be travelling all over the country going on different adventures and having new experiences.
Deadline.com reports that her original vision was pretty close to the mark! The eight episode series is tentatively titled “Weave Trip,” and VH1 cameras are going to follow the girls as they drive from Atlanta to Los Angeles in Shekinah’s new mobile salon!
This will be Tiny’s second spin-off after her seasonal “Tiny Tonight” girl-talk specials. There’s no word on when Tiny and Shekinah’s show will actually debut, but it’s slated to premiere some time in October.
You won’t have to wait that long to catch up with the ladies, though, since “Family Hustle” is set to return August 25 at 9 p.m. on VH1. From the look of this sneak peek below, T.I.’s son is ready for a new business endeavor!
