Will and Jada Pinkett Smith are officially cleared from their Child Protective Services investigation. When it comes to their daughter’s controversial bed pic with 20-year-old friend and former “Hannah Montana” star Moises Arias, the CPS decided to close the case due to lack of evidence.

According to reports, the agency failed to prove that 13-year-old Willow was in any danger around Arias. “There has been no evidence presented that Willow has ever been in any danger around Moises, or that she has ever been physically or emotionally abused,” a source told RadarOnline. “It’s likely the investigation will remain open for the next two weeks out of an abundance of caution, with no findings of reprimand against Will and Jada. Willow is a very well adjusted, smart, and articulate young lady.”

As we reported earlier, the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services launched the investigation two weeks ago, around the time the black-and-white photo hit Instagram. Sources said Will and Jada were extremely cooperative with officials, although they aren’t happy that their parenting skills were under scrutiny.

In response to the backlash, Jada told reporters it was no big deal. “Here’s the deal,” she said on May 7. “There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it. You’re acting like covert pedophiles and that’s not cool.”
