3 pieces of bacon

5 grape tomatoes

croutons (optional)

3 cups spinach

For the dressing:

1 tbs of mayo

1 tsp of Dijon mustard

1 tsp of olive oil

salt and pepper


Mix your mayo, mustard, olive oil and salt and pepper into a bowl. (Remember that your bacon will add salt, so don’t overdo it). Add your greens, tomatoes and croutons and mix. Plate and serve immediately.
