Lamar Odom settled his DUI case by striking a plea deal and agreeing to 36 months of probation.
According to reports, Odom’s attorney Richard Hutton entered the no-contest plea on his client’s behalf in a Los Angeles Superior Court Monday morning. In addition to three years of probation, the former NFL star was ordered to attend a three-month alcohol-education program and pay $1,814 in fines and penalties.

“The case was resolved,” a spokesperson from the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office told Us Weekly.” His lawyer was in court this morning, and advanced the case [after he] entered a no-contest plea.”
The California Highway Patrol pulled the 34-year-old over for driving below the speed limit in a “serpentine manner” last August. Authorities said he showed “objective signs of intoxication.” His driver’s license was automatically suspended after he refused to take a BAC test.
Sources say the DMV will hold a hearing to determine when he’ll be allowed to drive again.
