Kim Zolciak has a reason to sing and dance because the “Tardy for the Party” lawsuit is over and she won!
As we reported earlier, Kandi Burress sued her former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” costar back in March to receive her rightful portion of the song’s profits. Kandi, who produced the hit record, claimed Kim “hoarded profits” and used the song without her consent.
In response, Kim called Kandi’s lawsuit “a publicity stunt” to promote her Bravo spinoff show “The Kandi Factory.”
According to reports, the judge ruled in Kim’s favor, agreeing that the suit was just a publicity stunt to promote the now-canceled realityseries.
Kim shared her thoughts on the judge’s ruling with her Twitter 744,000 followers. “The truth always prevails,” she wrote. “Revenge can be bitter sweet but if you sit back and watch karma it can be pure entertainment.”
