Oprah Winfrey recently released a 15-second teaser of her interview with Lindsay Lohan, and let’s just say no topic seemed to be off limits.

“Are you an addict?” Winfrey asked the 27-year-old starlet. “What does it feel like to be both an adjective and a verb for child-star-gone-wrong?”

The sit down, which will air on OWN’s “Next Chapter” Aug. 18, is the former child star’s first interview since being released from a 90-day court-ordered rehab faculty.

In an interview with MTV, the media mogul said she thinks Lohan is serious about her sobriety this time.

“I just interviewed her, and I was deeply moved by her desire to move forward in her life at this time,” Winfrey said. “And I asked her, ‘What’s different about all the other times, ’cause it’s been six times [in rehab] now, so what’s different about this time?’ ”

O went on to relate her personal struggle with weight loss to Lohan’s fight to stay clean from drugs and alcohol.

“I really do believe that she’s ready,” she continued. “This is what I want to say [to] everybody who wants to judge: Everybody has been in places in their life — how many times have I said, ‘Come Monday, I’m gonna go on a diet! This is really it! — and everybody knows that to do anything, you’ve gotta make a decision and really be fully ready. And that there are times when you think you’re ready, but you’re not there.”

“I’m rooting for her,” Winfrey added, “because I think you keep getting chances until you take your last breath.”
