You may not know this, but, Ray J is the first celebrity to release a book about himself that exposed himself as a cheater. “It’s based on my experiences as a cheater and where I am now as I am not a cheater,” he told HipHollywood.com. Well thank you Ray J for that clarification. He then wished Kim Kardashian “congratulations,” on her (then) engagement.
