Mathew Knowles On His Relationship With Beyonce: ‘I’m Proud’
Mathew Knowles appeared on HLN’s “The Showbiz Countdown” and expressed his joy and pride in his daughter Beyonce. Since their very public business split two years ago, the two have been very hush on their relationship.
“I’m proud to see her as a mother,” he said. “I know this was something very important to her and to see her hold Blue Ivy—that’s something very special. I have a picture that no one else will ever get to see of her holding Blue Ivy. You can see the joy in her face.”
He avoided personal questions about his grandfathering practices, but he was filled with joy as he explained how happy he is to watch his daughter do what she loves.
