Whitney Houston Admits To Using Drugs

In 2001, Whitney Houston appeared on the “Michael Jackson 30th Anniversary Special.” She always had a thin frame, but clearly something was very wrong. Tabloids ran stories calling our beloved “voice” a crack head, anorexic and claimed she was on her deathbed. In 2002, she denied the controversial accusations in the famous Diane Sawyer interview where the saying “Crack is wack” was born. But Whitney was blatantly lying and it took her seven years to confess that she smoked crack through marijuana cigarettes, in an interview with Oprah.

“Lacing marijuana with cocaine,” is how Whitney and Bobby Brown would get high. But we also found out it was a way to deal with the emotional and verbal abuse she would suffer by the man she loved the most. “I was so weak,” she revealed.
