Just when you think Rihanna is going to take a break from being the youngest, hottest thing walking this earth in a shiny jersey, she announces a world tour and new single– “Diamonds.”
In a recent interview with Elvis Duran, after performing at iHeartRadio’s musical festival, Ri Ri described the forthcoming track as “happy and hippie.”
“It’s laid back but it’s hopeful. It’s a record that gives me such a great feeling when I listen to it,” explained Rihanna then went into her adoration for music:
“When I make an album, that’s what I think about, what I want to hear, what I love to hear. I think that’s what my fans love. They just love great music. I always want to make it interesting for them and I always want to make it a little fresh, a little ahead of what’s on the radio. That’s the challenge for me, but I enjoy that.”
