On the night before Thanksgiving, the results show of “The X-Factor USA” proved that the contestants have a lot to be grateful for. Among those remaining contestants is one of our favorites, Astro, who was saved from elimination even after he acted out on last weeks episode and Melanie Armo.

During the first elimination process, the female girl group, Lakoda Rayne, was eliminated. This group is the last of Paula Abdul’s groups. Although they were eliminated from the competition, they didn’t let that stop them from saying, “You’ll be seeing Lakoda Rayne in concert everywhere,” before exiting the stage.

At the second round of eliminations, the two contestants with the lowest amount of votes, Marcus Canty and LeRoy Bell, faced off in a singing challenge. Marcus performed “You Lost Me” by Christina Aguilera while LeRoy sung “Don’t Let Me Down” by the Beatles’. Although the “sing off” was intense, the votes were in favor of Marcus, and the judges agreed to send LeRoy home. “If we’re talking about a massive star, we’re talking about Marcus Canty,” L.A Reid said about his mentee before agreeing to keep him in the competition.

The contestants are winding down, with only a few of our favorites left in the game. Who do you want to win?
