Adele Breaks Records With Album Release

Billboard announced the ‘Hello’ singer broke the single week US album sales record, knocking NSYNC off the throne.
We saw this one coming.
Adele racked in almost 2.4 million sales in three days. The week isn’t even over, so the numbers are set to rise even more.
Nielsen began tracking point of sales music purchases in 1991. No Strings Attached held down the most albums sold in one week record for a decade and a half.
And keep it mind, this was done without the use of internet streaming, since Adele made the decision not to have her music available on those services.
What a milestone for the British star. Congrats, Adele!
