Ferguson Offers Amnesty On Arrest Warrants

The city of Ferguson, MO is drastically changing its approach to addressing minor crimes after drawing criticism for rampant police brutality, neglect and over-criminalization of its marginalized residents. Ferguson is pulling back on thousands of arrest warrants it has issued for city violations while limiting imprisonment of residents unable to pay fines and court fees. Read more at the USA Today.
