UPDATE: James Freeman’s wife Jaimi Gregory Freeman allegedly told RadarOnline,
James was on Millionaire Matchmaker in September [2014] and I met him in December. We met on Match.com and three months later we were engaged. Then on Good Friday, April 3, 2015 we got married. We just knew right away that we were in love. He said he went on two or three dates after the show aired with Kenya. He told me they just kissed and nothing else. He said she just wasn’t the right person for her, but he wished her the best.”

When we chatted with Kenya Moore, two weeks ago, she told us she is “in a great place in my life,” we guess she didn’t see this coming. According to reports, her Millionaire Matchmaker boo James Freeman recently got married…not to her. How? When? Did she know he was engaged? Was it all a setup?
Earlier this month, Kenya alluded to her own engagement of sorts when she posted a photo of a ring (on her finger) on Facebook with the caption, “Anything can happen in Vegas [heart emoji].”
Odd since James got married to Jaimi Gregory Freeman in April.
During a phone conversation about the RHOA reunion, Kenya spilled the tea on the man she once called “Prince Charming.” “I’m really gun shy. Even though I know we met on reality TV, I feel like I need to guard that situation,” she said. “I don’t need to live it in public, I don’t need to tell people or post pictures on Instagram. I just want to enjoy where I am right now. A lot of people are excited for me, so I just have to take baby steps. I’m in a great place in my life. Whether it works out or it doesn’t, what makes me feel good is that I’ve inspired other people. Nearly 43 percent of all Black women have never been married, I feel like I give hope to women who want that.”

Kenya responded to the controversy today, saying:
“Unfortunately, I just learned today that the man I met and fell in love with on Millionaire Matchmaker was married a week after the show aired. I am astounded and devastated to have learned this news via social media instead of from him directly. However I still believe in love and my heart remains open to the man God has for me. I wish him well.”
Welp, good thing life twirls on.
