Gabrielle Union’s Admits To Stalking Porn Stars At The Gym
Gabrielle Union calls her latest fitness craze “The Porn Diet.”
During a visit on “Conan” Monday night, the recently-engaged actress revealed her unexpected fitness idols — the porn stars at her local gym.
“I am blessed to work out at a gym that has a lot of adult entertainment actresses — a lot of porn gals,” the 41-year-old told the late-night host. “I’m on the porn diet!”

Whenever she recognizes an adult film star at the gym, Union said she studies their every move. “I’ll follow them to the juice bar and I’ll watch what they’re ordering,” she said, adding that they normally stick to vegan-based products.
