Kerry Washington and Don Cheadle may have been snubbed at the 2013 Emmy Awards, but Olivia Pope and Marty Kaan (Cheadle’s character on “House Of Lies”) are back with vengeance! Mom-to-be Kerry, is atop the list of nominations for the Golden Globe and Screen Actor’s Guild Awards. “I am truly grateful and proud to be a member of SAG/AFTRA and to be acknowledged by my peers in this way is an enormous honor,” she said of the honor.
Don Cheadle, who is also nominated for a SAG award, said this of the acknowledgment: “It’s always a kick to be recognized for your stuff, especially when it’s by the people who know how the sausage is made. Now, please watch our damn show!!”
