The tour opened with a hip-hop themed program at Sol Studio, and most recently held a program at Maison d’Art. Also celebrating songs from the Chess, Def Jam, Motown, Stax and Philadelphia sounds, the events will continue through July 26, as part of African-American Music Appreciation Month. Be sure to stop by LeRoy Neiman Art Center, Strivers Gardens Gallery, La Maison d’Art and The Sol Studio to experience the works. You still have one more day New Yorkers!
